What is the warranty period and policy of the Guardian?Updated 2 months ago

The Guardian is designed to last for 100 years and therefore we offer a 100-year warranty for the Guardian watches. So in case any manufactural issue appears, we would take good care of your watch at your nearest repair/service center. However, a Guardian watch needs a regular service check to keep functioning as it's an automatic watch. Every five years, it needs to be disassembled, cleaned, tested etc. If the watch doesn't get serviced at least every five years, the warranty will be void.

The warranty does not cover the following: bracelets, water damage, damage of any kind if it is evident that the damage was caused by accident, improper use, negligence, or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with the watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear or any factor other than a defect in the parts or workmanship of the watch.
