When you receive your watch, there might be a small plastic between the watch head and the crown to avoid battery consumption under delivery, so please remove it first of all. 

(Due to the risk of the damage on the crown during the delivery, there might not be a plastic depending on the model and size but it's not a problem)

And then pull out the crown and set it to 12 o'clock to activate the watch. Wait for 15 minutes and set the date and time correctly.

Now the watch is ready to be worn!
