You have the right to request a refund or exchange on all products bought on our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the orders placed on nordgreen.com will be charged 8.99 USD (or the equivalent amount converted into your currency).

You can make a return request on our Returns Center

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criteria.

Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 14 days of the shipping labels creation date. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this time frame.
