You have the right to request a refund on all products bought on our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

You can submit a return request on our Returns Center

Please find Return Fee and Method below:

- For customers in the US: We provide a prepaid return label, and an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers in the DACH region and Denmark: You may choose to return using our prepaid label or a carrier of your choice. This selection is available when submitting your return request. If you choose our label, an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers outside the US, DACH region, and Denmark: Please return your order with a carrier of your choice. No return fee will be deducted.

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. The protective film must not be removed either. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criteria.

Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 14 days of the shipping labels creation date. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this time frame.
