Here, you can find available shipping options for you return.

- For customers in the US: We provide a prepaid return label, and an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers in the DACH region and Denmark: You may choose to return using our prepaid label or a carrier of your choice. This selection is available when submitting your return request. If you choose our label, an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers outside the U.S., DACH region, and Denmark: Please return your order with a carrier of your choice. No return fee will be deducted.

Regardless of whether you ship with your carrier or using our return label, your return request must be submitted in our Return Center. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email together with further instructions and the return label if applicable.
